DA "DX Adventure Radio Club" 
1 x IRC or 1 x US dollar + SAE or address label is required for IOTA, IWI, COTA and LOTA DA-RC activities.
For all DA/DX or DA/0 stations, $2US or 1IRC + SAE or address label are required as contribution, unless otherwise informed.

DXRC Bureau sends QSL cards in batches of several cards 1-3 times a year, so you can save money by sending several QSL cards for different DXRC activities
in one envelope. It is also possible to send log via e-mail and contribution via paypal. Sending a 0-50 gram letter from Denmark
in second class mail costs 1.21 Euros or 1.75US so take this into account when considering the amount of contribution to send.

ET Echo tango website tells us "ALL OUR ACTIVATIONS NEED STANDARD CONTRIBUTION (1,00 EURO or 1 $) TO BE CONFIRMED" there
is no info about grouping requests in same envelope.

FAT website tells us that SES activities seem to have a voluntary contribution and for other activities it is standard, so I guess this is $1 or 1 IRC.

SD Standard Contribution Since September 2011 is $2, according to post in wwdx mailinglist you can group up to 5 different activation QSLs and get those with
the $2 contribution.

(SD solution means not too bad because we will be able to confirm 5
activities with "only" 2$.)
